How to order

Q. Is a prescription required?

We require a prescription for all medications that require a prescription in Canada. Just like your local pharmacy, we require the prescription to be from a physician/veterinarian licensed to practice in your area of residence.

We also carry a full range of Over the Counter products that do not require a prescription. Please look for a notice next to each product which will indicate if it requires a prescription.

Q. Is there a limit on how much I can buy?

For prescription medications you may purchase only a 3 month supply of each of your medications at any given time. If your physician/veterinarian writes a prescription for more than a 3 month supply then we can fill those refills as they come due.

For Over the Counter products we normally limit it to 10 units of any given product. However if you have special needs that exceed this, please call or email us for special ordering details and possible bulk discounts if available from the manufacturer.

Q. Why can't I buy Valium, Tylenol #3 or similar medications from your pharmacy?

It is our policy to not sell narcotics, controlled substances or any habit forming medications.
