Q. What is the cost of shipping?

As of August 1, 2007 our shipping cost was raised from $5.95 to $6.95.

Due to large changes in the Canadian and U.S. exchange rates, our cost to ship orders to the United States has increased significantly over the past 6 months. Therefore the standard shipping fee is now $6.95 on orders under $99. Please note however that all orders over $99 still receive free shipping!

Deliveries can currently only be made to the United States

Work is being done to expand this internationally.

All orders qualify for free Standard Shipping worldwide with an average delivery time of 12 days to addresses in the U.S.

Tracked Services are available for an additional fee of $14.95 USD. Average delivery time is approximately 1 to 2 days faster than Standard Shipping. Your order will be issued a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the shipping progress around the world. Call us after placing your order to obtain your tracking number.
